Responsibilities:

Develop and execute campaign finance plan for the 2026 cycle.

Oversee finance team of consultants and interns.
-
Direct fundraising responsibilities, including staffing candidate call time, managing events, and overseeing the finance plan and budget and National Travel.

Manage programs for new donor research/outreach and existing donor engagement.
-
Track donor data and other finance metrics; ensure accurate reporting.
-
Coordinate scheduling and logistics for fundraising activities.

Other tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
-
Minimum of 1-2 full cycles of campaign finance experience on a Congressional race or larger; experience managing candidate call time and planning high-dollar fundraising events.

Working knowledge of campaign finance law and FEC reporting requirements.

Proficiency with NGP, ActBlue, and Google Drive & Excel.

Superior written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to balance competing tasks in a fast-paced, demanding environment while maintaining exceptional organization and attention to detail.

Experience directly managing/staffing a principal.

Working knowledge of PAC and digital fundraising.
