JOB DESCRIPTION

Congressman Steven Horsford (NV-04)’s campaign is seeking an imaginative, hardworking, collaborative, and organized Digital Associate to join the team. This role will work closely with the Campaign Manager and Candidate. This position will be based in Las Vegas, NV.

Job Responsibilities

• Developing digital content for campaign platforms

• Use social media in creative ways to help campaign get picked up by press and start conversations

• Capturing content during events, including taking photos and videos

• Strong knowledge of major social platforms, such as Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, BlueSky, Youtube, Instagram, and understanding their unique algorithms and trends

Preferred Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or other design software

• 3+ years of experience in video production, photography, and motion graphics

• An understanding of how to create content that is optimized for different digital platforms

• Good political and social media instincts
