The Mission
Mark Kelly for Senate is the campaign organization for Senator Mark Kelly of Arizona. Re-elected to a six-year term in 2022 after a ground-breaking win in the 2020 special election, Senator Kelly is a proven leader in the Senate and an independent voice for Arizonans. Mark Kelly for Senate is continuing to build its team by hiring a full-time Call Time Manager to manage all call time operations.

The Opportunity
Our Call Time Manager will lead and expand our record-breaking call time program. They will work closely with the Finance Director, consultants, and key members of the leadership team to continue the expansion of the off-cycle call time program.

Ideal candidates will be detail-oriented, self-starters with an interest in Democratic fundraising, have a strong work ethic and a willingness to take ownership of wide-ranging responsibilities, and be able to multitask and work in fast-paced environments.
Duties

Manage the call time process for the candidate, including but not limited to pulling lists, staffing the candidate, taking detailed notes, and completing all the appropriate follow-up.

Work with the Finance Director to coordinate and schedule call time.

Track all call data, including call backs, and ensure data gets entered in the database

Generate nightly call reports.

Assist in prospecting new potential donors and preparing call sheets.

Staff events as needed.

Other responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications
Required
-
At least one cycle of campaign finance experience on either a federal or statewide race.

Previous experience working within a call time program.

Experience working with a principal and preparing principal materials.

Proficiency in NGP and advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets.

Access to a cell phone, a laptop, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation
