JOB DESCRIPTION

Title: Campaign Manager****

Location: Washington, DC

Reports To: Candidate and Team

Type: Full Time, Preferably DC-Based (Through Primary Election Day, June 16th, 2026)

Compensation: Negotiable

Position Overview:

The Campaign Manager serves as an on-the-ground lead to the candidate and ensures the candidate is fully briefed, prepared, and supported throughout daily campaign activities. In this role, you’ll accompany the candidate to public appearances, media events, community meetings, and private engagements, serving as the lead and main contact for the campaign.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, is highly organized and personable, and understands the discretion required when representing a candidate.

Responsibilities:

  • Travel with the candidate to events, community forums, fundraisers, and media appearances.

  • Organizing campaign infrastructure including daily briefing materials, including background on stakeholders, policy topics, legal issues, and talking points.

  • Coordinate and manage schedule to ensure seamless execution of appearances.

  • Act as a liaison between the candidate, donors, validators, and volunteers.

  • Maintain the highest standards of discretion and professionalism, especially when dealing with sensitive political matters.

  • Provide timely updates about developments on the trail and flag issues or opportunities that arise in real time.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Extreme reliability, integrity, and discretion.

  • Ability to think quickly, remain calm under pressure, and adapt to shifting priorities.

  • Prior campaign experience and/or knowledge of DC politics is a plus.

  • Proficient with NGP and Votebuilder

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
