The Maura Healey Committee is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented ** Events & Call Time Manager** to join our finance team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the campaign’s fundraising efforts by managing a variety of key events and supporting our call time program. This is an ideal position for candidates with previous campaign or fundraising experience who are looking to deepen their expertise in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
Overview:
The Events & Call Time Manager is a mid-level role on the Finance Team. This person will support all aspects of the campaign’s fundraising events and manage the call time program planning and execution. The position reports directly to the Finance Director and works closely with the finance team, consultants, and event hosts.
Core Responsibilities:
Events Coordination and Support

Coordinate logistics for fundraising events (venues, invites, briefings, materials, staffing)

Serve as a primary point of contact for event hosts and vendors on logistics and fundraising

Track RSVPs and donations, and manage follow-up communications in conjunction with finance team, helping to ensure that events are on track to meet their goals

Support execution of events day-of (in person and virtual)

Execute fundraising thank you process

Travel within Massachusetts as needed for events
Call Time Management

Prepare daily call time lists, call sheets, and donor background

Daily research on existing and prospective donors, incorporating into the call time queue.

Staff call time as needed, keeping things on schedule and providing updates and results to finance team

Track pledges, commitments, and follow-up, and maintain call time tracking system

Work with the Finance Director and Consultants to refine call lists and strategies
Qualifications:

1+ cycle of relevant campaign or fundraising experience

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
-
Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-
Familiarity with NGP, Google Suite, and Excel preferred
-
A strong commitment to reelecting Governor Healey and a drive to contribute to the campaign’s success.
The salary band for this position is $6,000 - $6,500 per month, commensurate with experience. The campaign offers full health care benefits. To apply, please send a resume to [email protected].
