JOB DESCRIPTION
The Bale Dalton for Congress campaign is seeking a Call Time Manager/Deputy Finance Director, commensurate with experience. This staffer will report to the campaign manager and will work closely with the candidate and consulting team in a competitive, nationally targeted Red to Blue race.

Responsibilities
- Work with the Campaign Manager and consulting team to execute day-to-day finance operations, including managing trackers and financial databases
- Execute the call time program, building call lists and staffing call time
- Research and oversee outreach to prospective donors
- Help train and manage interns and volunteers
- Staff the candidate at fundraisers and other political events
- Other duties as assigned by the Candidate or Campaign Manager, as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- One or more cycles of campaign fundraising experience
- Experience managing candidate call time and planning high-dollar fundraising events
- Experience with NGP, ActBlue, and CallTime AI
- Team player, well organized, and able to manage multiple fast-moving projects at once

Willing to work in a fast-paced environment that will include some nights and weekends

Access to cell phone, laptop, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation
Compensation
The salary range for this position is $4,500 – $5,500/month, commensurate with experience. Healthcare benefits and/or a monthly health care stipend will be provided.
