JOB DESCRIPTION

• Work in consultation with the candidate, staff, and consulting team to develop and execute campaign strategy - including organizing, finance, coalition-building, and daily operations.

• Work with candidate to hire and manage campaign staff.

• Diligently monitor and document progress toward campaign goals, including the campaign plan and budget.

• Oversee management of the candidate’s schedule to ensure it accurately reflects the campaign's strategic priorities.

• Maximize opportunities for engagement from the candidate's personal network.

• Staff the candidate and other responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications:

• At least one cycle as a Campaign Manager on a Federal campaign or multiple cycles on campaigns in junior and senior roles.

• Self-starting attitude with a knack for organization and proactive problem solving.

• Ability to work effectively with grassroots and national organizations.

• Willingness to attend, as needed, campaign-related meetings and events.

• Access to a laptop, phone, and car (with valid driver’s license).

• Staff management experience.

• Willingness to work irregular hours and weekends.

• Commitment to electing Democratic candidates.
