JOB DESCRIPTION: CALL TIME MANAGER

Dr. Mariah Lancaster for Congress is seeking a** Call Time Manager** for the 2026 election cycle to lead the campaign’s fundraising call time program. Candidates should be resourceful, eager to take initiative, and comfortable thinking on their feet to solve challenges creatively and efficiently. This position is based in the Salem, MA, area, and this staffer will be expected to regularly staff the principal in-person and virtually.

Responsibilities

• Staff the principal’s fundraising call time, ensuring the database is updated on a regular basis and sending a daily call time report to the team.

• Develop a donor research system for prospective donors, maintaining a steady pipeline of calls.

• Re-rolodex the candidate to identify early call time prospects.

• Communicate with campaign leadership and consultants about call time needs and priorities.

• Run a robust call time follow-up operation, ensuring that follow-up emails are sent promptly and any resulting staff follow-up is completed in a timely manner.

• Other duties as assigned, which may grow over the course of the cycle depending on the employee and campaign’s needs and demonstrated strengths.

Qualifications

• At least one cycle of experience in political fundraising, including as an intern, preferred.

• Self-starter with a strong work ethic.

• Willingness to work weekends and evenings in a fast-paced campaign environment, with a high level of attention to detail.

• Excellent computer skills, especially in Excel and Google Sheets.

• Familiarity with NGP, ActBlue, and call time software preferred but not required.

Compensation

• $4,000-$5,000 per month, commensurate with experience.

• Health insurance premium reimbursement up to $400/mo, if needed.
