We are seeking a highly motivated Campaign Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a competitive, people-powered primary race for New York State Assembly in the Hudson Valley. The Campaign Manager will work closely with the candidate to set and refine strategy, oversee field and communications efforts, drive an aggressive small-dollar fundraising program, and ensure smooth execution across all aspects of the campaign. This role includes managing the candidate’s schedule, staffing events and canvasses, coordinating media and paid communications, facilitating community events and house parties, recruiting and training volunteers.

The ideal candidate has at least one full cycle of campaign experience, strong writing and organizational skills, and a proven ability to manage complex, fast-moving projects with tight deadlines. Familiarity with VAN and modern fundraising and organizing tools is essential, as is comfort working nights and weekends in a high-energy environment. This position requires sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to lead and collaborate with a diverse coalition of volunteers and stakeholders. If selected, the Campaign Manager will need to relocate to the Hudson Valley, if they do not already live there.
