Technicolor Campaigns is seeking a Client Services Associate who will support Partners and Principals, by engaging in research and synthesis, organizing and proofing materials, assisting with business development, and servicing clients.

As a Client Services Associate you will:

• Lead competitive tracking for assigned client accounts and assist Partners and Principals with media buying and planning processes

• Monitor media mentions and race developments of assigned campaigns and oversee the acquisition and organization of production assets

• Searching for and collecting stock footage and audio

• Participate in and support the preparation of client meetings

• Assist with video ad shoots and ad production, including scripting and post-production processes

• Performing quality control on TV, digital, and radio spots

• Conduct messaging research and candidate backgrounders

• Build pitch decks, create reels, and draft RFPs, with the guidance and support of Partners and Principals.

• Attend training programs, conferences, briefings, and informational meetings to grow the firm’s overall network and expand industry knowledge

• Conduct and present research to the firm on emerging opportunities and best practices within the industry

Qualifications:

• 2-3 cycles of political campaign or consulting industry experience

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Familiarity with the ad production process (pre-production, production, post-production)

• Experience coordinating timelines, assets, or deliverables across internal teams and external vendors

• Ability to remain calm, responsive, and solutions-oriented in high-pressure environments

This is a remote position that reports to Partners and Principals. The annual base salary range for this position is $70,000 - $75,000. Technicolor Campaigns provides employees with a benefits package that includes health, vision, and dental insurance, paid vacation, holidays, and sick time, and a 401(k) with employer contribution.
