Team DSB is a creative collective and incubator powering purpose-driven multimedia projects that spark and scale cultural change. With an in-house creative agency and production company arm, Team DSB builds the infrastructure behind young and multicultural changemakers who are crafting new narratives to fuel a more equitable and creative world.

The Creative Producer is responsible for coordinating, shaping, and preparing content across Team DSB’s media ecosystem, spanning research, scripting, editorial coordination, and day-to-day production support. This role sits at the center of our storytelling pipeline, translating ideas into clear scripts, outlines, schedules, and production-ready assets, while ensuring consistency, accuracy, and editorial excellence across platforms.

Working closely with editors, designers, and fellow producers, the Creative Producer helps manage the flow of work from concept through execution, coordinating logistics such as guest outreach, scheduling, asset collection, and quality control to ensure content is strategically sound, well-structured, and ready for production.
