JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an experienced ** Senior Website Developer** to lead the architecture, development, and optimization of our web platforms. This role is responsible for building scalable, secure, and high-performance websites that support game launches, player communities, marketing campaigns, and e-commerce functionalities.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with strategic thinking and has experience working in the gaming or digital entertainment industry.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain company websites and web applications.

  • Lead front-end and back-end architecture decisions.

  • Optimize website performance, scalability, and security.

  • Integrate game APIs, payment gateways, analytics tools, and CRM systems.

  • Collaborate with game designers, marketing teams, and UX/UI designers.

  • Oversee deployment pipelines and CI/CD processes.

  • Ensure SEO optimization and web accessibility standards.

  • Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.

  • Stay updated with emerging web technologies and industry trends.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 5+ years of professional web development experience.

  • Strong proficiency in:

  • Front-end: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (React, Vue, or Angular)

  • Back-end: Node.js, PHP, Python, or similar

  • Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB

  • Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.

  • Strong understanding of web security best practices.

  • Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

  • Version control experience (Git).
