JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a Campaign Fundraising Associate to support a fast-paced political campaign with day-to-day fundraising operations. This role is ideal for someone with prior campaign or political fundraising experience who is comfortable juggling call time, events, and donor follow-up.

Applicants must live in or be able to reliably commute to the Phoenix, AZ area. This role includes both in-person and remote work.

Responsibilities

• Manage and staff candidate call time, both remotely and in person

• Assist with planning, staffing, and executing fundraising events

• Track donor pledges, follow-ups, and call outcomes accurately and consistently

• Maintain and update donor records, call sheets, and fundraising trackers

• Support email and text fundraising efforts, including drafting, scheduling, and basic reporting

• Coordinate with campaign leadership to ensure fundraising goals are met

• Provide general fundraising and administrative support as needed

Requirements

• Previous experience on a political campaign or in political fundraising

• Comfort working directly with candidates, donors, and senior staff

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment

• Basic familiarity with email and text fundraising platforms (NGP, Action Network, Switchboard, etc. a plus)

• Must be based in or able to commute to the Phoenix, AZ area
