Key Responsibilities

• Technical Maintenance: Perform routine preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and complex repairs on mechanical and electrical systems.

• Installation: Lead the on-site setup and calibration of new equipment, ensuring all systems meet operational specifications.

• Diagnostics: Utilize specialized diagnostic tools and software to identify system failures and execute efficient repair strategies.

• Reporting: Complete detailed service reports via mobile tablets, documenting parts used, labor hours, and technical findings.

• Customer Training: Educate clients on basic equipment operation, safety protocols, and minor maintenance procedures.

• Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA standards and company safety policies, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Technical certification or Associate degree in Electromechanical Systems is a strong plus.

• Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams. Comfort using hand/power tools and basic testing equipment (multimeters, etc.).

• Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (MVR check required).

• Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in various industrial environments.

• Communication: Strong English verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and support teams.
