About the Role
The Senior Account Manager serves as a key client-facing strategist and project manager, responsible for developing and executing direct mail programs from kickoff to delivery. This role requires deep political knowledge, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented problem solver who thrives under pressure and knows how to build strong client relationships.
This is a remote, full-time position. Candidates must be based in the U.S. and have access to reliable, high-speed internet.
Responsibilities

Serve as the day-to-day contact for assigned clients, managing relationships with professionalism and political savvy

Assist in the development of strategic mail plans in collaboration with senior leadership

Draft or edit mail copy, review designs, and guide creative development to ensure it aligns with campaign strategy and goals

Manage internal workflows and coordinate with production and creative teams to keep projects on track and on deadline

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of assigned races, including polling, opposition research, and campaign developments

Present concepts and revisions to clients, incorporating feedback and facilitating approvals quickly and efficiently

Ensure accuracy and quality of all deliverables, from content to targeting to production specs

Track budgets and timelines for all client mailings; flag issues and solve problems as they arise

Support business development efforts and help onboard new clients as needed

You Should Have

At least 2 election cycles in a mid- to senior-level role on campaigns, in political consulting, or related fields

Strong understanding of political campaign strategy, voter targeting, and messaging, including writing and/or editing political persuasive political content

Exceptional project management skills and the ability to lead complex workflows

Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and interpersonal

Comfort working across time zones with remote colleagues and clients

Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Wrike, Asana, Monday, Copper, or similar)

A high standard of excellence, attention to detail, and the ability to self-direct
Work Culture & Compensation
This is a full-time, temporary position through November 6, 2026. We operate primarily during Central Time hours and expect team members to be available and engaged from 9am–6pm CT. While we offer flexibility to accommodate campaign demands and promote a healthy work-life balance through flex hours and remote-first policies, outside employment or side projects may not interfere with availability or performance during core hours.

Monthly salary:$5,400 - $6,200 (dependent on location and experience)
