About the Role
The Account Manager works closely with team members to manage the day-to-day execution of direct mail programs. This is a hands-on role where you’ll assist with project coordination, client communication, creative review and editing, and quality control. It’s an ideal position for someone with political, communications, or project management experience who wants to build a career in politics.
This is a remote, full-time position. Candidates must be based in the U.S. and have access to reliable, high-speed internet.
Responsibilities

Assist Team Leads in managing multiple political direct mail campaigns simultaneously

Coordinate timelines, approvals, and deliverables with clients, creative teams, and production staff

Help draft and edit mail copy, review design proofs, and ensure accuracy of final pieces

Support the creative process by gathering research, opposition background, photos, and other materials.

Manage client feedback rounds, ensuring changes are clearly communicated to designers

Proofread all materials for accuracy and maintain client files

Track project progress in our project management system and flag potential issues for Team Leads

Other duties as assigned
You Should Have

At least 1 year of experience in political campaigns, communications, marketing, or related fields (internship experience considered)

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Familiarity with political campaign structure and election timelines a plus

Proficiency in Google Workspace and experience with project management tools (i.e. Wrike, Asana, Copper, etc.) a plus

A collaborative mindset and willingness to pitch in wherever needed
Work Culture & Compensation
This is a full-time, temporary position through November 6, 2026. We operate primarily during Central Time hours and expect team members to be available and engaged from 9am–6pm CT. While we offer flexibility to accommodate campaign demands and promote a healthy work-life balance through flex hours and remote-first policies, outside employment or side projects may not interfere with availability or performance during core hours.

Monthly salary:$4,000 - $5,000 (dependent on location and experience)
