JOB DESCRIPTION

Overview:

The Janelle Bynum for Congress campaign is seeking a Call Time Manager. This is a full-time position based in Clackamas, OR. The Call Time Manager will manage the candidate’s call time program and help ensure the campaign reaches its fundraising goals. The Call Time Manager will work in close coordination with and report directly to the Finance Director.

Responsibilities:

  • Staff the candidate both in person and remotely during call time, log all call data, and send follow-up correspondence to potential and existing donors.

  • Oversee and implement the call time program from start to finish.

  • Create call sheets and research prospective new donors.

  • Manage donor databases, including data entry and cleaning.

  • Work directly with the finance director and campaign manager to ensure call time fundraising goals are being met.

  • Assist with pledge tracking and follow-ups.

  • Assist with occasional events, including donor outreach, setting up, and staffing the candidate.

  • Lead the thank-you note program.

  • Assist with other projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Interest in learning about campaign fundraising and willingness to work extended hours, including early mornings, nights, and weekends, as needed.

  • Great attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once.

  • Access to a cell phone, a laptop, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation.

  • Preferred, but not required, that applicants have some campaign experience, either paid or volunteer.
