The Campaign Manager serves as the chief strategist and operational leader of the campaign for Mississippi Public Service Commissioner. This individual is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive campaign plan focused on voter outreach, fundraising, communications, coalition-building, and election day victory operations. The Campaign Manager works directly with the candidate and oversees all campaign staff, consultants, and volunteers.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive campaign plan and timeline

• Create district-specific voter targeting and turnout strategy

• Establish measurable benchmarks for fundraising, voter contact, and media growth.

• Advise the candidate on messaging, positioning, and political strategy

• Develop and manage a finance plan to meet fundraising goals.

• Coordinate call time, donor events, and major donor cultivation.

• Help with Communications & Messaging

• Field and Grassroots Operations
