2026 Campaign Fellowship
Ryder for New York is looking for a cohort of high-energy, community-minded campaign fellows looking to gain hands-on experience and mentorship in an exciting race. As a Fellow, you’ll be on the front lines of democracy—talking to voters, managing digital content, and helping shape the strategy of a Democratic campaign in the 66th Assembly District. The fellowship will provide direct campaign experience and mentorship from seasoned campaign staffers and the candidate himself. Fellows should expect to commit a few hours per week to the fellowship, including one in-person field event per week. This position is a part-time unpaid fellowship based in Lower Manhattan and will conclude at the end of June. To learn more about the campaign visit ryderfornewyork.com

-
Digital Strategy: Assist in creating social media content (TikTok, Instagram, X) to mobilize supporters and effectively deliver our message.
-
Policy Research: Conduct deep dives into local issues affecting NYC and Lower Manhattan to help brief the candidate and inform strategy.
-
** Data Management:** Use campaign software and tech, such as NGP VAN, to track voter interactions and assist in targeting key demographics.
Who You Are
-
