Queen for Queens is seeking motivated and passionate fellows to join our team for the 2026 Democratic Primary in New York’s 32nd Assembly District. This fellowship offers hands-on experience in a competitive state campaign and is an excellent opportunity for students and early-career professionals interested in Democratic politics, public service, and grassroots organizing.
About the Fellowship
The Queen for Queens Campaign Fellowship is a leadership-focused opportunity for individuals who want real, hands-on experience in a competitive open-seat State Assembly race in Southeast Queens (AD-32).
Fellows will be integrated into the core operations of the campaign and entrusted with meaningful responsibilities across organizing, communications, fundraising, and research. This is a fast-moving, grassroots-driven campaign focused on affordability, housing stability, childcare access, and economic justice.
Fellows will not be observers — they will be contributors helping build voter contact programs, strengthen community engagement, and expand our grassroots operation across the district.

Engage directly with voters through door knocking, phone banking, text outreach, and community events
-
Help recruit, train, and coordinate volunteers across targeted Election Districts

Campaign experience is helpful but not required. Commitment, reliability, and belief in grassroots politics matter most.
