About the Campaign
Nina Linh is running for Congress as an Independent to bring practical, solutions-oriented leadership to Washington. Our campaign operates with discipline, clarity, and a strong focus on community engagement and strategic execution.
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Campaign Operations Associate to support daily operations, volunteer outreach, and donor research. This is a remote position with consistent weekday collaboration.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in structured environments, enjoys research and systems, and wants hands-on experience in a competitive congressional race.
Core Responsibilities
Volunteer Recruitment & Community Outreach

Manage communications with college clubs, community organizations, civic groups, churches, and political organizations

Track outreach efforts and maintain organized follow-up systems

Support the development and growth of the campaign’s volunteer base
Daily Campaign Operations

Maintain and update the campaign’s master task management systems

Prepare daily meeting agendas and take notes during morning team meetings

Ensure action items are assigned, tracked, and completed
Donor Research & Data Support

Conduct research using public records, campaign finance disclosures, and other available sources

Compile concise donor profiles to support fundraising outreach

Organize research findings into usable, decision-ready summaries
CRM & Call Time Support

Manage and update records within campaign CRMs and databases

Track outreach activity, donor communications, and pledge follow-ups

Operate dialer sessions during candidate call time

Draft and send follow-up emails and campaign materials as needed
Communications Support

Draft outreach emails and volunteer messaging

Assist with roadmapping outreach campaigns

Create simple digital materials using design tools as needed
Qualifications

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Comfortable working in spreadsheets, CRMs, and databases

Strong written communication skills

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion

Interest in politics, public service, or civic engagement
Preferred but not required:

Prior campaign or nonprofit experience

Experience conducting research using public records or finance disclosures

Familiarity with digital organizing or fundraising environments
