The campaign of José Javier Rodríguez for Florida Attorney General seeks a seasoned Campaign Manager to lead day-to-day operations for a competitive statewide race. Rodríguez is a former Florida State Senator, Harvard Law graduate, and former U.S. Assistant Secretary of Labor. The Campaign Manager will serve as the campaign’s chief operating officer, translating strategy into execution across all departments in close partnership with the Candidate and senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Execute the overall campaign plan, timelines, and performance benchmarks

• Oversee budget, cash-on-hand projections, and operations

• Manage senior staff and coordinate consultants across all departments

• Optimize the Candidate’s schedule for political, fundraising, and media impact

• Ensure ballot access, compliance, and filing deadlines statewide

• Track performance and report to the Candidate and stakeholders=

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of campaign or political management experience; statewide or federal preferred

• Proven staff and consultant management experience

• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills

• Google Workspace proficiency; NGP/• VoteBuilder familiarity preferred

• Florida political experience strongly preferred

• Ability to work evenings and weekends; must have a personal laptop and a car (mileage reimbursed)
