URGENT: Hiring Field Outreach Representatives (Immediate Start)

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team ** immediately** to help elect Lucia Simonelli to Pennsylvania’s First Congressional seat. With the window closing fast, we need dedicated organizers to hit the ground running and build the grassroots momentum necessary for victory.

What You’ll Do

• Direct Voter Contact: Knock on doors and lead meaningful one-on-one conversations with community members.

• Data Management: Accurately record voter sentiment and information using our campaign tools.

• Grassroots Presence: Distribute literature and serve as the primary resource for Lucia Simonelli’s platform.

• Goal Tracking: Meet daily and weekly contact targets to ensure we reach every voter before the deadline.

• Professional Representation: Be the enthusiastic, professional face of the campaign in the field.

What We’re Looking For

• Communication Skills: Ability to connect with people from all walks of life.

• Reliability: A self-starter who can manage their time and work independently.

• Stamina: Comfort working outdoors and walking for extended periods.

Position Details

• Compensation: $20/hr or $2/validated signature, whichever is higher.
