JOB DESCRIPTION

1+ Year of operating as a Campaign Manager or organizer for LD# Arizona House candidate or has been involved in election management Needs to live in North East Phoenix Arizona area or Scottsdale. Runs day-to-day, calendar, field targets, coordinates with LD3 Dems and ADLCC. Organizes walk lists, canvassing campaigns and phone banks. Recruit volunteer managers and volunteers in each area of the House District. Oversee social media, Event organization, track trends working with and coordinating with consulting firm. Targets independents and other soft targets.

Should high natural organizational skills and can stay on track but be creative with the ability to pivot if the situation on the ground is rapidly changing.

Prefer go-getter,high energy type of person who knows how to act as organizer, handler, and operative.
