Position Overview

The Senior Finance Associate (SFA) will assist in all finance department responsibilities. A successful SFA will help expand our fundraising program, staff events, conduct outreach to potential donors, and support our internal systems to maximize efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 cycle of experience (SFA)

• Experience managing fundraising events, communicating directly with hosts

• Experience staffing Call Time, pulling lists, managing preparation, staffing, follow-up

• Experience staffing candidate is a plus

• Positive attitude, team player, ability to work alone and in groups

• Campaign experience is a must / campaign finance experience is strongly preferred

• Necessary Experience: NGP, fec.gov, Google Suite

• Bonus: experience with CallTimeAI or other call time software, Canva

• Applicant may be asked to perform other campaign related activities

• Must have access to a cell phone and laptop

Responsibilities:

• Manage our robust campaign fundraising events program

• Prepare for and staff fundraising events

• Interface with supporters virtually and in person - Strong interpersonal and written communication skills

• Prepare briefings

• Support management of NGP donor database

Compensation & Benefits

• The salary for this position is $6,500 per month.

• Healthcare is optional and available.
