Matt Post is a progressive labor attorney, gun violence prevention activist, and former school board member running to bring the urgency of a new generation to the Maryland House of Delegates.
We are looking for a full-time Campaign Manager to lead day-to-day operations. This is an opportunity to direct a campaign breaking fundraising records, engaging unprecedented numbers of young people in the community and online, and earning significant external support.
After leading March For Our Lives’s 2018 new voter turnout program, Matt started its legal team, defending the constitutionality of gun violence prevention measures all the way up to the Supreme Court. On the Montgomery County school board, Matt championed career education, expanded mental health resources, and secured hundreds of thousands in funding for recent immigrant students. Today, Matt works as Assistant Counsel for the Maryland State Education Association, fighting for the pay and dignity of public educators.
