Cinde Warmington for Governor is seeking a Digital Director to develop and manage the campaign’s digital strategy. The Digital Director will report to the Campaign Manager — working in close collaboration with the Communications Director — and will be based in-person in New Hampshire.
Job Responsibilities:

Developing and managing a comprehensive digital strategy, which includes social media content and email & digital fundraising, working in close collaboration with the Communications Director

Draft and post social media content on a wide range of of social media channels including X, Bluesky, and Facebook

Oversee the development and launch of a strong vertical video program and develop engaging direct-to-camera videos for use on Instagram reels and TikTok

Maintain a regular content calendar and provide recommendations on how to pivot in response to breaking news

Track key digital metrics and identify opportunities to maximize social media content based on reporting

Manage relationships with vendors and consultants, as well as outside creative contractors when needed

Oversee influencer program and support surrogate programs in conjunction with Political Department
Qualifications:

At least 2 years of digital experience, ideally including political experience

Minimum of one campaign cycle in a digital department

Experience with shooting video and performing editing

Ability to create graphics using Canva / Adobe Creative Cloud, working with outside designers on more complex design requests

An eye for photography

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow a strict QA process, even when you are very busy

Desire to come up with new & interesting creative ideas regularly

Strong writing skills

Self-starter that excels in a fast paced environment with an ability to execute an idea from start to finish

Political savvy

Ability to learn the voice of a principal and adapt it for social media content

An understanding of social media trends and best practices for different social media platforms

Experience with engaging content creators is preferred but not required
Salary range: $6,000–$7,000/month, salary commensurate with experience; medical, dental, and vision coverage provided at no monthly premium cost to the employee and their family.
