Blue Action Operations Associate (Cycle Hire)

Blue Action is a data-driven community of donors committed to helping elect Democrats, support good causes, and progressive change.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and versatile Operations Associate. This role combines hands-on SMS campaign management with critical data administration responsibilities, requiring technical proficiency, attention to detail, and strong client communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Submit and manage 10DLC (10-Digit Long Code) and toll-free number registrations with carriers, ensuring compliance with current regulations and industry standards

• Stay informed of SMS compliance requirements and best practices, including TCPA and carrier guidelines

• Assist with new client onboarding, including record keeping and maintenance of documentation

• Conduct thorough quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy and integrity of programs

• Effectively communicate with clients regarding copy, scheduling, and results.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client-facing reporting

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

• Experience with SMS marketing platforms or CRM systems preferred

• Understanding of data privacy regulations and SMS compliance requirements a plus
