Los Angeles Political Consulting Firm

A busy Los Angeles political consulting firm is seeking a smart, organized Campaigns Associate to help support campaign and public affairs clients across Los Angeles and throughout California. The role works directly with the firm’s principal and helps keep client work organized, moving, and on schedule across multiple campaigns.

This position is ideal for someone sharp, reliable, a strong writer, and comfortable working with people. The right person will help manage social media, research outreach targets, assist with events, and help coordinate the day-to-day work of active campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Draft and schedule social media posts

• Create simple graphics for invitations and social media

• Research organizations and build outreach lists

• Assist in organizing campaign and fundraising events

• Help coordinate voter outreach activities

• Manage scheduling and help keep projects on track

• Track follow-up and ensure deadlines are met

Highly organized and detail-oriented

A strong writer and communicator

Comfortable interacting with clients and campaign partners

Able to handle multiple projects at once

Reliable, responsive, and able to solve problems quickly

Political interest or experience is helpful but not required. Intelligence, work ethic, and strong organizational skills matter most.

You must have a car and be able to travel locally as needed. Our clients are throughout Los Angeles and across California.
