JOB DESCRIPTION

A|L Media (www.almediastrategy.com), a fast-paced, award-winning political media firm is looking for a Producer to join our talented production team. We partner with progressive political and issue-oriented campaigns across the country.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire production process from inception to delivery of all projects and products related to client

• Work collaboratively with the account and creative teams in developing creative for all platforms to include: TV/ Radio, social ads and digital content

• Ideate, concept and write compelling visual stories

• Manage multiple projects in various stages

• Organize all shoot logistics to include: hire crew, develop schedules, maintain budgets, conduct interviews, direct action when needed, conduct interviews

• Supervising edit sessions and motion graphic artist requests in executing creative

• License all project materials, work with vendors on content, music and talent (including on-camera and VO talent, music composition)

• Maintain and reconcile production and post production budgets

Skills & Qualifications:

• 3 to 6 years as a full-time producer with experience in pre-production, field and post production departments

• Experience managing a support team; in-field production crew; post-production team

• Strong communication skills, excellent organization skills; is detail-oriented

• Ability to manage multiple projects for multiple clients

• Understands the demands of production hours; nights and weekends as necessary

• Works well under pressure; consistently meets deadlines

• Familiar with AICP and SAG/AFTRA guidelines and contracts a plus

• Desire to work for progressive values

Benefits & Compensation:

• A salary range of $85,000 to $95,000 depending on experience, through November 2026
