Description: Haley Stevens for Senate is growing! We’re hiring a** Field Manager** to manage the field program around the state, build a strong, trained, and active volunteer base, and execute field events for the campaign in order to maximize support and voter turnout.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train and activate volunteers for persuasive phone banking and canvassing.

• Build and maintain relationships with district allies and local activists through 1:1 meetings and neighborhood meetings.

• Execute an ambitious voter contact program via phone, text, and door-to-door.

• Compile outreach data to produce daily and weekly reports that track progress toward goals.

• Plan and execute events that reach activists and voters where they are.

• Manage interns and fellows according to campaign priorities.

• Fulfill other campaign duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Prior campaign organizing experience required (at least one cycle as an Organizer).

• Detail oriented, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Self-motivation, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Ability to work long and irregular hours, including nights and weekends

• Adaptable to changing needs and program priorities.

• Knowledge of Voter Activation Network (VAN) is beneficial but not required.

• Access to a reliable vehicle. Travel is required.

Compensation:

• Salary: $6,000 - $7,500 monthly

• Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance available at no premium.

• Leave: Paid time off will be available per campaign policy.
