Responsibilities

Assist in designing and implementing campaign strategies across various channels including door-to-door outreach, phone-banking, and canvassing efforts

Support the team in conducting voter surveys and gathering feedback to improve campaign effectiveness

Help coordinate promotional events and fundraising activities to maximize outreach impact

Monitor campaign progress by tracking key metrics and providing regular updates to supervisors

Requirements

Strong communication skills with the ability to connect confidently with diverse audiences

Previous supervising or leadership experience is a plus but not required; enthusiasm for guiding peers is valued
