JOB DESCRIPTION

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee the advance operations for all of the events where the candidate is present, including:

• Coordinating with hosts and organizers on the needs of the candidate of the campaign

• Communicating the specifics of each event to relevant campaign staff

• Physically advancing each location, ensuring that the event follows the agreed upon format and requirements

• Coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure a smooth event, including but not limited to: campaign staff, local organizers, elected officials, political partners, local authorities, vendors, security staff.

• Assisting the Operations Director with basic administrative tasks, including:

• Managing office needs and supplies

• Receipt tracking

• Taking notes and distributing meeting agendas as needed

• Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned
