JOB DESCRIPTION

Purpose:

Supporting the designated field program for Agave Strategy campaigns for the 2026 general election cycle. This role will include attending campaign events, including but not limited to canvasses, phone banks, text banks and community meetings, on behalf of Agave Strategy clients and engaging directly with voters and volunteers through Election Day, Nov. 3, 2026.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Canvassing, Tabling, Phonebanking, and Textbanking with voters

• Reporting field metrics

• Attending community events on behalf of the campaign

• Assisting with the planning and execution of campaign events as needed

• Recruiting new volunteers as needed

• Attending regularly scheduled staff meetings

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Campaign field experience, including canvassing, community organizing, or voter outreach

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is preferred but not required

• Coachable and receptive

• Reliable, punctual and responsive

• Must work evenings and weekends

• Must have reliable transportation
