A|L Media (www.almediastrategy.com), a fast-paced, award-winning political media firm is looking for a Linear Ad Ops Associate to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity to be part of a media firm during the most critical part of the 2026 election cycle. This is a remote position and is open to candidates anywhere.

The successful candidate preferably has political interest with media and/or buying assistant experience in both the television and radio arena.The ability to work quickly and efficiently is essential. The candidate must also be familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Monday.com. Experience with Strata or a similar buying platform is a plus.

We work in the unpredictable environment of political campaigns, so candidates must be a team player, anticipate next steps, show initiative, and think independently with the follow-through to get things done. This role primarily operates during standard business hours, with occasional extended hours and weekend work required during peak periods

Key Responsibilities:

• Gathering media pricing for TV, radio, and out-of-home.

• Maintaining professional relationships with station reps and contact throughout media campaigns.

• Generating buy reports and booking orders.

• Creating and delivering media campaign reports and budget reconciliations to clients.

• Maintaining the firm’s high standard of comprehensive client services that meet deadlines and exceed client expectations.

• Willingness to work in a remote environment with team members.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word,

• Agency and/or political experience is a plus.

• We encourage references from other media industry professionals.
