Description:

Crowley for Wisconsin is seeking Campaign Fellows to support our growing team. This position plays a vital role across our campaign operation, providing general capacity support spanning voter contact, event staffing, volunteer engagement, data, and administrative needs. Applications will be accepted and considered on a rolling basis.

Core Responsibilities:

• Voter & Volunteer Contact

• Conduct voter contact as part of campaign outreach programs

• Co-host volunteer events, including setup and volunteer support

• Assist with volunteer recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing engagement

• Event Support

• Staff and support campaign events

• Execute event recruitment outreach via calls, emails, and texts

• Manage RSVP lists and assist with day-of logistics as needed

• Data & Administrative Support

• Assist with data entry, list management, and reporting tasks

• Help prepare materials, correspondence, and other operational needs

• Other responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized across multiple tasks

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities

• Eagerness to learn, share insights, and collaborate across teams
