Julie Gonzales is running for Senate to take on the corporations that are price-gouging working families, to stop rent-fixing and endless junk fees. About the Position:
We are hiring two Organizers to help build the largest grassroots movement in Colorado history by developing and empowering volunteer leaders across their given turf.
This is not just a volunteer management role. This position is about building leadership at scale. You will identify, train, and coach volunteers to take ownership of phone banks, canvasses, and events so our organizing program grows into a truly people-powered movement.
You will play a direct role in expanding our capacity by turning supporters into leaders and leaders into teams, ensuring our campaign is truly people-powered.
Duties include but are not limited to:

Recruit, train, and develop volunteers into leaders who can independently run phone banks, canvasses, relational organizing efforts, and events

Coach and support volunteer leaders to take ownership of organizing work by setting goals, building teams, tracking progress, and following up consistently

Build and scale systems that grow a people-powered program by expanding voter contact, strengthening engagement, and prioritizing leadership development and retention
Job Qualifications (Required):

Strong commitment to electing Julie Gonzales and building a people-powered campaign

Passion for developing others and building leadership, not just completing tasks

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in volunteer or voter-facing settings
-
Willingness to actively recruit, make calls, send texts, and engage supporters directly

Ability to learn new tools and systems quickly
Job Qualifications (Preferred):
-
Experience in organizing, campaigns, or volunteer leadership development
-
Experience with phone banking, canvassing, or voter contact programs
-
Familiarity with tools like VAN, Scale to Win, or similar platforms
-
Spanish language proficiency preferred
