Location: PA-14 (Southwestern Pennsylvania; based in Greensburg or Washington, PA, with flexibility for candidates in the greater Pittsburgh area)

About the Campaign

Bradstock for Congress is building a competitive, grassroots campaign in Pennsylvania’s 14th Congressional District, focused on strong voter engagement and a people-powered field operation.

Position Summary

The Field Director will lead the campaign’s field program across PA-14, overseeing voter contact efforts including door-to-door canvassing and phone banking. This role will manage volunteer recruitment and county-level organizing while building a scalable, data-driven operation using VoteBuilder. The position will be primarily based out of Greensburg or Washington, PA, with travel throughout the district.

Responsibilities

• Execute the campaign’s field plan through the election

• Manage canvassing and phone banking programs

• Recruit and oversee volunteers and local leadership

• Use VoteBuilder for targeting, turf cutting, and tracking

• Set and hit weekly voter contact goals

• Report progress to campaign leadership

Qualifications

• Campaign or organizing experience required; field leadership preferred

• Experience with VoteBuilder or similar tools

• Strong organizational and leadership skills

• Willingness to work nights and weekends

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
