A new, non-profit media fund is launching a new pilot program working with trans creators, helping them produce short-form content centered on trans visibility, perseverance, and joy. The program will provide creators with grants, hands-on coaching, personalized analytics, editorial support, and a peer community—all with the goal of expanding their reach and making their content creation more sustainable for the long haul.

To lead this initiative, we are looking for a dedicated ** Program Lead** who is deeply passionate about the LGBTQ+ community and trans representation. The ideal candidate will possess:

• Creator & Content Expertise: Deep experience working directly with creators and a strong background in content production.

• Operational Excellence: The ability to own day-to-day operations, including managing creator relationships and keeping the cohort on track through the end of the pilot.

• Mentorship & Coordination: Experience coordinating biweekly sessions and 1:1 coaching calls to support and empower creative talent.
