ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Granite State Victory is hiring Field Organizers to elect Chris Pappas and

Democrats up and down the ballot in 2026. Field Organizers will work with

their Regional Organizing Director in executing a campaign program in the

region to elect New Hampshire Democrats up and down the ballot. Join our

ROLE OVERVIEW

● Work to elect Chris Pappas and New Hampshire Democrats up and down the

ballot by knocking on doors, recruiting volunteers and attending community

events in assigned communities

● Recruit, manage and train volunteers to participate in direct voter contact;

including door-to-door canvassing and phone banking

● Work with team to meet and exceed daily and weekly metrics

● Implement established statewide data standards to ensure accurate data

collection for all voter contact activities

● Build relationships with local leaders, stakeholders and organizations across

your assigned area

● Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

● You're an adaptable go-getter with strong interpersonal skills willing to

work irregular hours (including weekends) and you have a strong desire to

elect Democrats up and down the ballot

● You’re willing to work in-person in your assigned region in New

Hampshire and immerse yourself within that community

● You’re excited to engage with volunteers and voters at the doors, over the

phone and at in-person events

● You have a cell phone, laptop and reliable transportation

This is a full-time position and will run through November. Field Organizers will be paid a base hourly

rate of $17 per hour and paid $25.50 (1.5x the base rate) per hour after 40 hours in a single work week.

Base hours weekly will start at 55 hours, leading to a $4,604 monthly salary, and ramping up as we get

closer to Election Day. Employer will provide medical, vision and dental coverage.
