A new, non-profit media fund is launching a new pilot focused on Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) — the emerging discipline of shaping how AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini respond to specific questions. We are particularly interested in drafting an AEO playbook for progressive campaigns.

To lead this pilot, we're looking for a talented Program Lead with a strong grasp of digital content strategy and AI. The ideal candidate will possess:

• Strategic Content Expertise: A proven track record as a digital strategist and content producer. We believe high-quality digital content is a critical ingredient to smart AEO.

• Technical Fluency: A deep understanding of AI tools, ideally with hands-on experience in prompt engineering.

• Execution & Synthesis: The ability to run the pilot end-to-end, oversee rigorous analysis and measurement, and synthesize complex learnings into actionable playbooks.
