JOB DESCRIPTION

Primary Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and manage all candidate and staff call time to maximize fundraising opportunities

• Prepare candidate briefing materials for each call, including donor background, giving history, and tailored talking points

• Research potential donors and compile key information to create organized, actionable call sheets for the candidate

• Execute follow-up, pledge chasing, and acknowledgment correspondence for call time targets

• Oversee data management systems - ensuring accurate and timely records of all contacts

• Work with the finance team to create accurate call time projections and make adjustments to ongoing processes

• Support relationship management with high-value donors through personalized follow-up and engagement

• Staff candidate call time

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Proficiency with spreadsheets and database management

• Strong organizational and project management skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience with fundraising, donor relations, or political campaigns

• Ability to work long and irregular hours as needed, including evenings and weekends

• A valid US driver’s license and access to reliable, insured transportation

• Based in Orlando, Florida, or willingness to relocate
