JOB DESCRIPTION

Primary Responsibilities

• Developing, producing, and publishing original social media content—including short-form video, photography, graphics, and real-time/reactive posts

• Travel with the candidate to events to capture real-time digital content

• Managing content approval workflows across communications, research, consultants, and key stakeholders

• Anticipate the candidate’s needs and problem-solve in real time to keep events and travel running smoothly

• Strong communication skills

• Monitor news, tracking online conversation, and social media trends to create rapid-response and reactive content creation

• Manage administrative tasks, including note-taking, scheduling adjustments, and material prep

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Bluesky, and Twitter/X

• Experience with content creation, including video capture and basic editing

• Understanding of digital production best practices, such as angles and lighting, is preferred

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work long and irregular hours as needed, including evenings and weekends

• A valid US driver’s license and access to reliable, insured transportation.

• Based in Orlando, Florida, or willing to relocate
