A new, non-profit media fund is launching a new ** R&D lab** dedicated to testing and exploring emerging social media platforms. To power this lab, we are building a team of researchers capable of designing and running scrappy experiments on new apps to ensure our movement takes an early lead in the digital landscape.

We are looking for ** Digital Strategists** who are analytical, data-driven, and comfortable navigating the "wild west" of new platforms. The ideal candidates will possess:

• Holistic Research Skills: Proficiency in both** desk research** (identifying rapid-growth platforms and macro trends) and** field research** (conceptualizing and executing live pilots).

• Experimental Mindset: The ability to design and run lean experiments to test hypotheses and determine platform viability.

• Strategic Synthesis: A knack for turning data and observations into actionable** playbooks** that define how the organization and the broader movement can pioneer work on new frontiers.
