GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The McClay for PA team is seeking a qualified individual to serve as Field Director in Northeast PA. This campaign has been identified by the PA HDCC as a must hold district and is crucial to keeping the Democrats’ majority in the state house. This race will be extremely competitive.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist the campaign in developing and implementing field programs

Build and manage relationships with local volunteers and grassroots organizations.

Oversee canvass launches and phonebanks for the campaign

Other duties as assigned
APPLICANTS SHOULD POSSESS:
-
At least one cycle of campaign experience, with at least one as a Field organizer, Field Director, or equivalent position.

Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment;

Ability to work effectively and tactfully with the public;

Excellent oral and written communication skills;

Commitment to the values and ideals of the Democratic Party

A car, a laptop, and a cell phone

Proficiency with VoteBuilder and G-Suite/Microsoft Office Suite is preferred

Familiarity with Northeast PA and Pennsylvania politics is preferred
Salaries range from $4,000-$5,000/month, including a platinum level healthcare package with dental and vision. This is a full-time position based near Wilkes-Barre, PA.
