JOB DESCRIPTION

The Pennsylvania House Democratic Campaign Committee is seeking qualified applicants to

serve as Distributed Organizer. This is a full-time, campaign cycle position with a start date of June 1st, 2026. This position is remote, with occasional travel within PA required. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis, but priority will be given to those received by May 15th.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Recruit and Organize remote volunteer capacity for a statewide distributed organizing program

• Supervise volunteer phone banks, textbanks.

• Maintain relationships with volunteers, volunteer leaders, and partner groups.

• Lead training on direct voter contact platforms.

• Ensure data integrity and timely reporting of direct voter contact events and volunteer recruitment

APPLICANTS SHOULD POSSESS:

• At least 1 cycle of competitive campaign organizing experience.

• Experience with remote organizing platforms preferred, but not required.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively and tactfully with the public

• Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment

• Commitment to the values and ideals of the Democratic Party

• A computer and a cell phone

• Proficiency with VoteBuilder and G-Suite/Microsoft Office Suite

Distributed Organizers will report directly to the Distributed Organizing Director
