JOB DESCRIPTION

AM Strategies seeks a Finance Manager to join our fundraising team. The Finance Manager will report to the AM Strategies principal. The Finance Manager will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day execution of client fundraising programs. The ideal candidate will be extremely organized, have strong attention to detail, and have a strong desire to support Democratic candidates and causes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of client fundraising plans.

• Coordinate with clients and their teams to manage fundraising priorities, timelines, and ongoing deliverables.

• Manage client call time programs, including preparing lists, staffing virtual and in-person call time, and overseeing donor follow up and pledge tracking.

• Oversee in-person and virtual events for clients, including host management, updating trackers, drafting briefing materials, and staffing events.

• Maintain internal trackers and assist with database management.

• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 1 year of campaign or other fundraising experience required

• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

• Extreme attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

• Positive attitude and willingness to adapt and learn new skills quickly

• Proficiency in Excel and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Forms, etc.)

• Access to cell phone, laptop, valid driver's license, and reliable transportation
