JOB DESCRIPTION

Benefits: A health benefits package covered by the employer. Dental and vision insurance offered. Salary commensurate with experience.

Hours: 9AM-6 PM Monday thru Friday with one hour lunch. There will also be evening and after-hours events at which all employees are expected to work.

Duties:

- Develop donor targets and call lists and staff clients during fundraising call time

- Keep client fundraising statistics and trackers up to date

- Send correspondence and fundraising solicitations out via NGP and Constant Contact

- Assist in all aspects of planning and implementing fundraising events

- Send out thank you letters, ensuring donors are thanked within 7 days of donation

- Ensure that all contact records and fundraising databases are updated on a timely basis

- Assist with daily tasks including pulling reports from NGP, creating invitations in Canva, running errands

- Check the office P.O. boxes and maintain incoming and outgoing mail

- Interface with all clients, when necessary, via phone, in person, text and/or email

- Staff registration desk at events on some evenings and occasional weekends

- Assist with campaign finance compliance report preparation

- Assist with other assignments and tasks as requested by Management

- Proactively advance the overall company objectives by helping wherever needed

Requirements:

- Ability to be discreet is of the utmost importance

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Strong problem-solving skills

- Ability to work under pressure with a professional, positive, and friendly attitude

- Must have a history of working with integrity and practicing good judgment

- Experience in NGP, Google, Donorbox, ActBlue, and Constant Contact strongly recommended

- Must be detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment with high expectations

- Ability to work evening events and occasional weekends as needed

- Belief in the Democratic Party and progressive views required

- Past campaign or officeholder experience required

- Bachelor’s degree recommended
