This is a hands-on, execution-focused role ideal for an emerging field professional who is ready to work hard, learn fast, and make a real impact in a competitive congressional district. District Coordinators are expected to be deeply embedded in their assigned district and present in the community.

• Train and support volunteers, fellows, and local partner staff on field programs and tools

• Staff organizing events, partner meetings, and any district office

• Monitor program implementation in the district, flagging issues and reporting progress to the State Lead

• Support coalition partners on field execution, ensuring activities are aligned with BA program goals

• Assist with field reporting, data entry, and tracking in NGP VAN and related tools

• Drive district-level activity and turnout at organizing and partner events

• Serve as a reliable, visible BA presence in the community

Required Qualifications

• At least one complete campaign cycle or comparable organizing experience, or demonstrated experience managing volunteers, fellows, or grassroots programs

• Strong work ethic and a demonstrated ability to execute in fast-paced, high-pressure environments

• Comfort with door-to-door canvassing, phone banking, and other direct voter contact programs

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse partners and community members

• Basic familiarity with voter file systems (NGP VAN) or willingness to learn quickly

• Willingness to work nights and weekends as required by campaign timelines

• Ability to travel within the district regularly

Preferred Qualifications

• 1–2 complete campaign cycles of field organizing or campaign experience

• Experience training volunteers, canvassers, or community members on field programs

• Familiarity with the assigned state or district
