JOB DESCRIPTION

Overview:

Democratic primary campaign seeking a ** Field Manager** to run canvassing operations through Election Day.** Hired today and Paid Training tarts as soon as tomorrow.**

Lead the campaign’s field program by recruiting, training, and managing canvassers; oversee daily staging locations and turf distribution; track voter contact and performance metrics; and ensure high-quality, persuasive voter interactions that build support, generate momentum, and turn out voters in the final push to Election Day.

Qualifications:

• Strong leadership and organization

• Ability to move fast and problem-solve

• Campaign experience preferred, not required

• NGP VAN / MiniVAN preferred, not required

• Available through Election Day

Pay: Higher rate based on experience
